Every order begins with a free, no-obligation digital proof of your exact seal. We do not touch the stone until you approve it. Want to change the characters, the style, or start over? Just reply — there's no charge until you're delighted.
After you approve your proof, your seal is hand-carved and dispatched within about 10 days. We ship worldwide with tracking, and every price includes all customs duties and import fees (DDP) — you will never be asked to pay anything extra at delivery. Delivery times vary by destination; you'll receive tracking as soon as your seal leaves the workshop.
We stand behind every seal. If the finished piece isn't what you approved, or you're simply not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free re-carve.
Each seal is carved from natural stone, so slight variations in colour, veining and grain are part of its character — no two are identical. This is the mark of a real, hand-made object, not a flaw.
Because every seal is personalised to your name, we're unable to resell returned pieces. Personalised orders are therefore final once approved and carved — which is exactly why we send a proof first, so you can be certain before we begin.
When you create a free account or place an order, we store only what we need to serve you: your name, email address, and the seal designs you save. We use this to send your proof, fulfil your order, and let you return to your saved designs. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties, and you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing us.
